Problem: SME Business Owner found that their hiring staff were not feeling confident in their interviewer abilities as they had never received any formal training and therefore were not sure of the right questions to ask, what to look and listen out for to ensure they chose the right hire.
Answer: Interview workshops for staff involved in hiring involving interactive exercises utilising techniques to ensure interviewer confidence, reduction of biases and fair candidate assessment.
Problem: Internal staff not leading their teams as efficiently and effectively as they could as they had not received training on how they could adapt leadership styles, become more strategic in their thinking and understanding their team's strengths and what they had the most passion for.
Answer: A combination of workshops / interactive exercises along with personality quizzes over a period of 2 months builds not on the confidence in a leader but this feeds into the team and business success.
Problem: Breaches by staff members as they were not fully informed on a regular basis of changes in regulations / threats. Staff had undertaken standard compliance training, but especially when in a hurry or working from home, they had not adhered to company requirements
Answer: A series of mini workshops to cover all staff and enhance their knowledge of current threats and how to adhere and comply by any company policies along with GDPR and UK GDPR.
